What is LSD?

LSD is a well known drug that makes up the hallucinogen class of drugs. LSD stands for lysergic acid diethylamide. Street names for this drug are commonly "acid" or "zen." It was discovered in 1938 and since then was a very powerful mood-changing drug. LSD is often added to an absorbent paper and then divided into cubes. Each cube represents one dose of LSD.

The drug is often found in illegal places, and quantities range from 20-80 micrograms. This is much less from when LSD was used in the 1960s and 1970s, when quantities were from 100-200 micrograms or more.
LSD found in many different forms.
